Information
Berthing Capacity
474 pontoon berths for yachts up to 30 metres, equipped with water, electricity with 16/32/64 Amp. supplies. Marina basin dredged to -2,80 metres.
Berthing fees
Tariffs are defined according to class of vessel, depending on LOA and beam. Berthing fees are based on whatever is greater – berth length or boat LOA, including extras not mentioned in the boat's registration. VAT must be added to all prices.
Payments can be made in cash, major credit cards (conditions apply) or bank transfer.
Arrival procedures
There is an 80-metre long waiting pontoon to starboard of the marina entrance, just before the metal lifting bridge, where boats must stop to check-in at the Reception Office.
Upon arrival, skippers must provide boat registration, insurance and crew documents, with boats moored at the waiting pontoon. The receptionists will carry out the check-in and will help with official formalities, if required.

The marina’s lifting bridge will open on demand via VHF 9, during the above hours. However, pedestrians have right of way 10 minutes before the departure of trains from the Lagos train station (updated departure timetable from Lagos available at www.cp.pt).
Bridge procedure
Call “Marina de Lagos” on VHF 09, referring boat name and requesting bridge opening to enter or exit the marina. Do not leave your berth without receiving the marina’s confirmation about the next bridge opening time, especially in severe weather conditions or with limited maneuverability.
Low rise motor boats may normally pass below without opening. Inbound boats have right of way.
Controlled access
Access to our pontoons and facilities is controlled by security keys, available from Reception, for a returnable deposit. Visitors must return the keys and collect their deposit on departure. These keys give access to private areas of exclusive use of marina guests, so we ask not to lend your key to unknown persons.
Waste
Waste bins and recycling containers are located to the rear of the commercial building, across the street from Marina Club hotel and at the north marina entrance. Please use the appropriate containers and well tied garbage bags.
Please do not leave waste on the pontoons nor use the paper bins along the marina’s waterfront to dispose of garbage bags.
Waste engine oil tanks (fuel reception tanks are not available on site) are located on each end of the commercial building. Please contact staff for assistance, as tanks are locked to control spills and pollution.
Used domestic batteries can be left in the dedicated container in the launderette.
Each paper bin has a cigarette butt container.
Pets
Marina de Lagos is happy to welcome guests with pets on board. To keep a peaceful and healthy environment, pet owners shall: never leave pets unattended or off the lead on the pontoons; always clean up immediately after them (fines for pet fouling apply); control noise and ensure there are no inconveniences caused to other guests.
It is not permitted to take pets into the sanitary facilities or the launderette or to bathe them in any of the shared facilities.
Car Parking
A 500-space public car park is located behind the old railway station. Please do not leave valuables on display. The marina will not accept liability for any loss or damage.
Shopping
The marina has many shops, restaurants and bars. A well supplied supermarket is just 200 m from the north end of the marina, open 7 days a week. On Saturdays, a farmer’s market takes place just across the lifting bridge. Lagos has plenty of shops open all year, only a few minutes’ walk from your berth.
Lagos Navigators
Marina de Lagos is the home of the Lagos Navigators, an independent and informal group of berth-holders and others, who work together to ensure that visitors can make the most of their stay in Lagos. In conjunction with the marina, the Navigators organise a wide variety events throughout the winter months and share their knowledge and experience in a number of ways.

Services
Tesla Connector Charging
1 Tesla Connector, . Available for Marlagos guests. Please contact reception for connection.
Showers
Located in the main commercial building, for the exclusive use of marina guests. Entry is controlled by access keys obtained from Reception. A private family bathroom is also available.
Marina Laundry
Located at the SE end of the main commercial building, with self-service washing and drying machines. Tokens for the machines can be purchased at the Reception.
Trolleys
Marina trolleys are located inside the gates to pontoons or next to the Reception. Please return shortly after use so they are available for other guests and do not take the trolleys beyond the marina’s immediate surroundings.
Fuel Pontoon
Fuel (diesel and unleaded gasoline 95) and domestic ice are available daily during the times established by the marina. For service, please contact the Reception or VHF 09 directly. Accepted payment methods: cash and Portuguese bank cheque.
Weather Information
Available daily at the Reception and at www.mairnadelagos.pt, in Portuguese and English, and broadcast on VHF 12 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. during the high season.
Incoming mail and small parcels will be accepted if addressed c/o Marina de Lagos - Edifício da Administração, 8600-315 Lagos, Portugal, with name of yacht clearly indicated.
Concierge
Customer support service to maximize your stay in Lagos: restaurant and travel reservations, touristic and nautical information, car rental, events, medical care, sports, etc. Available next to the reception.
Internet
Wifi internet access is available in the marina. through a shared network, not intended for intensive or professional use. For access, contact the reception.
Security
Security guards patrol the pontoons and properties 24/7. Site security is everybody’s business. Please report anything suspicious and keep the gates closed. Outside the marina’s working hours, security guards can be reached on VHF 09 or mobile no. +351 919 560 743.
The private areas on land are monitored through a CCTV network.
Pump-out station
Available next to the fuel pontoon, for black waters only. Contact the Reception for service.
Transfers
The marina will assist in obtaining transportation service to and from Faro airport, golf courses and other locations. Please contact the Reception.
Electric car charger
Car charger, up to 17kW, available next to the Reception, for the exclusive use by guests. Please contact the Reception.
Emergency / Assistance
Automatic External Defibrillator
The marina is equipped with 1 automatic external defibrillator (AED) and has qualified workers to use the AED in case of cardio-respiratory arrest.
In case of emergency, call 112 and call the security guard +351 919 560 743 or VHF 9 (in that order). Consult the information about full procedures affixed in the marina.
Emergency
For assistance, you may contact 112, the national emergency number, the Reception +351 282 770 210 during working hours or, outside those times, contact the guard on patrol through VHF 9 or phone +351 919 560 743.

Repairs
There are experts that can carry out repairs in fibre glass, wood, electric and electronic engines, sails, etc. A list of authorised professionals is posted on the notice board at the reception.
